Nissan Remanufactured Starters and Alternators Remanufactured...Not just Rebuilt

When you put an ordinary rebuilt part next to a properly remanufactured part, they look the same. You have to look beneath the surface to find real quality.

New brushes are always installed and protected with new seals to prevent brush contamination.

Electrical connections are never painted. Painted connections increase resistance, interfering with proper current flow.

We use rectifier bridges that meet the specifications and are matched to the stator - resulting in stronger electrical output, a cooler-running unit and longer life. Non-specification, lower-output rectifiers have reduced electrical output and eventually result in a low or discharged battery.

Rotor windings and rotor fingers are properly insulated and finished to ensure electrical integrity and minimize vibration and operational fatigue.

New brushes and brush leads are spot-welded for better conductivity, increased durability and stronger starts. Low-cost rebuilds often re-use brushes with frayed brush leads, resulting in decreased electrical flow and a slower-turning starter.

New self-lubricating, armature support bushings ensure smooth performance and long service life.

Armatures and commutators are finished with high-temperature varnish to ensure proper electrical integrity, less brush bounce and stronger cranking power. In a low-cost rebuild, these components are often painted, resulting in poor electrical contact, arcing, burning and less cranking power.

Starter drive rollers and springs are thoroughly lubricated with high-performance, all-temperature synthetic grease for longer service life.

Solenoid assemblies are completely remanufactured, with 100% windings.
